Click and Collect

Once your order is placed online, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Your order will be ready for collection in approximately 1-2 business days (after you place your order).

Please do not attempt to collect your order from our Warehouse Reception until you have received your email notification, as your order may not be ready.

Click and collect orders can be collected Monday to Friday 10am – 3pm only via an available collection appointment time slot.

Once you have received your collection notification email, arrange a collection time via our calendar to allow our staff to be onsite and have your order on hand.

Follow our easy Click and Collect process:

1. Once you have received email notification that your order is ready for collection, please book a collection time slot (CLICK HERE TO BOOK)

2. Please visit our Warehouse Reception located at: 2/17 Tombo Street Capalaba QLD 4157 (in the warehouse complex on the corner of Tombo and Street St)

3. Park in the designated “Tablecloth Kingdom” parking spaces

4. Ring the doorbell (located on the door frame)

5. Please sign in to the Covid-19 check-in app before entering (QR code located on window); please let staff know if you are unable to sign in via your mobile device

6. TK staff member will unlock the door and check your Covid-19 check-in status – customers may be required to wear a mask (please follow QLD Government public health regulations)

7. Please have the following information ready:

1. Your Order Number (e.g. #TK12345678) provided in confirmation email

2. Name of person who placed order

3. Photo Identification (e.g. drivers license) will need to be sighted

1. If collecting an order on behalf of a customer, the customer who placed the order must add an order note, call or email us to confirm person’s name collecting order on their behalf. Order will not be dispatched until confirmation is received from customer.

Q: Where is Tablecloth Kingdom Click and Collect available?

A: Click and Collect is only available at our Capalaba (QLD) Tablecloth Kingdom Warehouse Reception.

Q: Where can I park?

A: Please park in the allocated Tablecloth Kingdom customer carparks. We have two carparks located at the front door of our warehouse. If these are unavailable, please park in street parking as our neighbours parks are reserved for their customers only.

Q: How much does Click and collect cost?

A: Our Click and Collect service is free for Tablecloth Kingdom customers.

Q:How do I select the Click and collect option when paying for my order?

A: To select Click and Collect, please choose the 'Local Pickup' option at the checkout. Our local collection is free for customers.

Q: How will I know that you have received my online order?

A: You will receive an initial email confirmation that we have received your online order (this will contain your order number and order details).

Q: How will I know when my order is ready to be collected?

A: Your order will be ready in approximately 1-2 business days (from placing your order). When your order has been processed by our Tablecloth Fairies and is ready for collection at our Warehouse Reception, you will receive a “Ready for collection” email notification! Please do not attend our Warehouse Reception until you have received your email notification. During peak trading periods, please allow up to 2 business days to receive your “Ready for collection” notification. Q: What do I need to bring to the Tablecloth Kingdom Warehouse Reception to collect my order?

A: To collect your Click and Collect order, you will need to show your “Ready for collection” email notification, along with your order number, and photo identification (current Australian Driver’s License, Passport, or Identification card).

Q: Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

A: Yes, you can nominate someone to collect the order on your behalf. The nominated person collecting on your behalf will need to provide a copy of the “Ready for collection” email notification along with photo identification. The nominated person will need to be confirmed with Tablecloth Kingdom staff either via an order note when placing your order, or by phone (07) 2104 9621 or email info@tableclothkingdom.com.au

Q: Is Click and Collect available during peak trading periods (such as Christmas season)?

A: During peak trading periods, Click and Collect collection times may be delayed due to a high volume of orders. Your “Ready for collection” notification will be provided as soon as possible (after 1-2 business days from placing order), but please allow up to 2 business days during peak trading periods. Please note that orders placed on weekends will not be ready for collection until the Tuesday following.
